Is there a way to get a pet portrait with no watermark for free?
Not from Petary, and it is fairer to say so than to hide it. The free portraits carry a small mark; removing it from all three costs €0.99, once. Tools that promise clean files for nothing usually want an account, a subscription trial, or your email for a mailing list instead.
How big is the watermark on the free version?
Small, in one corner, over a low-contrast part of the picture. It contains a short link to that portrait's own page so anyone who sees it can make one of their own. It does not sit across your pet's face.
What exactly do I get for €0.99?
All three portraits at full resolution with no watermark. They download straight away on the payment confirmation page and are also emailed to you with a download link that stays valid for 30 days.
Is €0.99 a subscription?
No. It is a single payment for those three files. There is no account, no plan, no renewal and nothing to cancel. If you come back with another pet, it is another €0.99.
What if the files never arrive?
The download works on the confirmation page without waiting for the email, so there are two ways to get them. If neither works, reply to the email or write to the Petary inbox and the link is reissued the same day — or refunded in full, whichever you prefer.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the files are wrong, unusable, or do not look like your pet, the €0.99 is refunded in full. No form and no questions.
Can I use the clean files commercially?
For your own pet, yes — social posts, a gift, a shop sign, whatever you like. Petary claims nothing over the portraits of your animal.
